Want to cuddle a Koala, meet pythons, crocodiles, Australian birds and hand-feed kangaroos? This personalized 2-hour private tour is an amazing opportunity for you to interact with our Australian animals. The experience may include: entering a koala enclosure for one on one time, visiting the Wildlife Care Centre to glimpse our wildlife rescue efforts, engaging with animals that have been raised by our keepers, listening to a private reptile presentation, private dining on our Rainforests Beach and Gazebo, and taking home two 6x8 souvenir photo keepsakes. You are also welcomed to bring your own cameras to capture these special memories.
Private Koala Cuddle and Daintree Escapades (incl. lunch)
Your day begins with holding a cute cuddly koala. From here, we drive along the spectacular coastline to Daintree Rainforest. A place of beauty, rugged mountains, deep gorges and flowing rivers. Next, we board a river cruise along the Cooper Creek. This habitat has an impressive array of flora and fauna. After a delicious locally produced lunch, we have a rare opportunity to hand-feed rescued wallabies. We continue north to Cape Tribulation (where rainforest meets the reef). We break for icecream and then stop at the Alexander Range Lookout for one more panoramic picture postcard view, before returning back.
Full Day Outer Reef Mackay Coral Cay Tour (incl. lunch)
Immersed in the northern frontier of Great Barrier Reef, sit back and relax on a beautiful yacht and set sail to the Coral Cays of Mackay or Undine Reefs. You will enjoy an authentic sailing experience, following the coastline and views of the Daintree Mountains. Once at the protected sites at the Coral Cays, nature activities will include snorkeling over the pristine coral reef with a marine biologist offering reef interpretation on a guided snorkel tour. Premium reef sites showcase abundant marine life, including encounters with turtles, giant clam gardens, beautiful corals and a wide variety of fish.

Visit 2 World Heritage Sites in one day – Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef. Join the Mossman Gorge Dreamtime Walk with local indigenous guides taking visitors on a private journey walking through stunning rainforest and culturally significant sites. Then join Sailaway to Low Isles for an afternoon of snorkeling, sailing and island exploring. Enjoy the opportunity to snorkel with turtles in their natural habitat, a glass bottom boat tour and island heritage walk. Then sit back for the Sunset Sail back to Port with beverages and canapés and coastal views of the Coral Seas and Daintree Rainforest.

We drive through the rich farming areas toward the World Heritage listed forest region of the Daintree National Park. Then we cruise the Daintree River while seeking out crocodiles, pythons and other wildlife. Next up, the Wet Tropics, where we walk through this amazing ecosystem to view ancient plants and amazing wildlife. Continuing along, stop at one of magical beaches that adorn the coastline of Cape Tribulation. You will then have the opportunity to feed the kangaroos and swamp wallabies in a private zoo. Last stop, stop for pictures at the postcard view Alexandra Range Lookout.

Spend the day with a local Kuku Yalanji Aboriginal guide on a private tour, visiting a number of culturally significant areas and learning about the amazing relationships the Aboriginal people still have with their land. Learn the history and traditions of the local Aboriginal people. Walk through the rainforest and learn about the environment, different foods and medicines utilized from nature, sample some bush tucker, collect shellfish and try traditional Aboriginal hunting practices, have a go at spear throwing and if you are lucky, catch a mud crab. To complete the adventure, cool off in a pristine freshwater stream. Half day tour also available.

Skyrail Return Experience

Experience the contrast of the region’s oldest railway and the world’s most beautiful Cableway. Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park is our first stop this morning and includes lunch. Then board Skyrail Rainforest Cableway for your journey through World Heritage protected rainforest. Upon arrival, enjoy some free-time in the picturesque mountain retreat Kuranda. Surrounded by the world’s oldest living tropical rainforest, this colorful village has attracted visitors for over a century. Your adventure continues on the Kuranda Scenic Rail, your journey winds through hand-hewn tunnels, across bridges and around curves, all the time appreciating what an amazing engineering feat it is.
Afternoon and Sunset Low Isles
Enjoy an afternoon cruise with a departure at 1pm and returning at 6.30pm incorporates snorkeling, sailing and island exploring with a Sunset Sail back to Port Douglas. Explore this protected Coral Cay, with white sandy beaches and coconut palms, surrounded by magnificent coral gardens and the Coral Sea. We anchor in a sheltered blue lagoon, just relax on the island, join the guided snorkel tour, take a trip on the glass bottom boat or laze on deck before an exhilarating sail back to Port. The cruise hosts a small number of guests to ensure excellent service and personal attention.
