Day 1
 Arrive in Sydney

Upon arrival, you will be picked up by private transfer and driven to your accommodation. Your accommodation for the next two nights is situated on a quaint cobbled street with dramatic harbour views. Discover a secluded tranquility nestled in the heart of The Rocks district of metropolitan Sydney. Your room is a private oasis with handcrafted furniture, artwork from esteemed artists, high ceilings and Parisian-style shutters open onto Sydney skyline views.

Day 2: Sydney
Today you have a choice to relax and explore Sydney on your own or enjoy one of two incredible tours.

Privately Guided City Walking Tour 
To begin the walk, your private guide will show you the world-famous Sydney Opera House and through the gates leading into the Royal Botanical Gardens. View the great sights of Sydney Harbour next to the extensive sandstone sea wall. Stroll onto the grand Art Gallery of NSW where you will see some of the best Australian and European art work. Walk on into Hyde Park passing by the famous Archibald Fountain. Walk on past the very tall iconic Sydney Tower before strolling down Macquarie Street to discover some of Sydney’s oldest important historical buildings and learn of their past and present uses. Tour Duration: 4 hours

Harbour Lunch Cruise 
If boating is more your style, recharge with a Harbour Lunch Cruise. Cruising up Darling Harbour, we shortly turn towards the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Continuing our adventure, we dodge the ferries leaving and entering Circular Quay and see the Rocks. Sailing past the traditionally wealthy suburbs of Sydney viewing the spectacular private homes and the national parks of Clarke and Shark Islands. As we enter Spring Cove on North Head, we view this peaceful beach enhanced by the sound of a small waterfall or the laughter of a Kookaburra. In the cockpit we settle down to enjoy a delicious lunch with a glass of wine or a beer. Total Duration: 5 hours

Day 3: Sydney – Blue Mountains
Today you will collect your rental car and drive to the Blue Mountains. Be captivated by the one million hectares (3861 square miles) of tall forests, sandstone cliffs, canyons and waterfalls that make up the magnificent Blue Mountains World Heritage Area.

Your accommodation for the next three nights is an ultra-luxury conservation-based all-inclusive resort. Occupying just one per cent of the total 7,000-acre conservation and wildlife reserve, the resort features 40 elegantly appointed villas reminiscent of the Federation period, each with its own private swimming pool, double-sided fireplace and private verandah with stunning valley views. The resort’s features a changing menu according to season and various ingredients from the resort’s very own kitchen garden. Included in your stay are two daily Signature Experiences (see next day for details).

Day 4: Blue Mountains
Today is your day to explore the Blue Mountains. Guests are invited to take part in numerous excursions, based on the incredible beauty of the location, its wildlife and ecology, archaeology and both settler and aboriginal history. Activities include 4x4 safaris, night wildlife spotting, horse riding, mountain biking, bush walking, birdwatching, heritage and aboriginal interpretation tours. At night, watch the sunset over Uluru and gaze at a canopy of stars in the stillness of the night. With so many unique experiences to choose from, the resort’s knowledgeable and experienced Field Guides are happy to recommend activities and experiences to inspire a love for Australia’s great outdoors.

Day 5: Blue Mountains
Today is your last full day to enjoy the Blue Mountains. If you haven’t already, you may opt to walk to the foot of the Three Sisters on the 998-step Giant Stairway, or glide between clifftops on the Scenic Skyway, 886 feet above ancient ravines or enjoy a service at the spa or simply enjoy the stunning surroundings at your luxurious lodge.

Day 6: Blue Mountains – Ayers Rock
Today you will drive back to Sydney and drop off your rental car and then fly to Ayers Rock. Upon arrival, you will be driven to your next accommodation in the World Heritage wilderness of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, also known as Ayers Rock. Standing 1,150 feet high, ringed by ghost gum trees and waterholes, Uluru is a giant sandstone rock and a spiritual Dreaming site for the local Aboriginal people. Be mesmerized by Uluru’s rock surface as it shifts through a gamut of colors during sunset and sunrise.

Your accommodation for the next two nights is an all-inclusive five-star luxury lodge with just 15 luxury tents, a stone’s throw from Ayers Rock. As day-visitors depart, you will remain and enjoy the evenings coming alive with the sound of didgeridoo as the stars twinkle in the skies above. You will enjoy the best of contemporary Australian cuisine, curated from the finest produce from all around the country. Your stay also includes Signature Experiences (see next day for details).

Day 7: Ayers Rock
Today you will explore Ayers Rock. Treasured as Australia’s spiritual heart, you can enjoy a range of guided tours and exciting activities. Experience Uluru’s Sunset, relish in the Field of Light, enter Kantju Gorge at dusk, and walk through Walpa Gorge or around Uluru’s base.

Day 8: Ayers Rock – Daintree
Today you depart Ayers Rock and fly to Cairns where you will pick up your rental car and drive to Daintree National Park, the world's oldest tropical rainforest. Daintree's scenery is so beautiful that it provided inspiration for the movie Avatar. Stand in awe under the branches of the 600-million-year-old Zamia Fern, which has an underground trunk system evolved in defense against dinosaurs.

Your accommodation for the next three nights is nestled in Kuku Yalangi country, an advanced eco-lodge accommodation sitting high above the crystal-clear waters of the Mossman River, enveloped by lush rainforests cloaking the steep mountain sides from the riverbanks. A perfect base from which to explore the world heritage listed Daintree Rainforest and Great Barrier Reef. Your stay includes a delicious locally sourced breakfast and complementary Signature Experiences (see next day for details).
Please note: This Lodge is closed Apr 22-Sept 7, 2020 for refurbishment, therefore alternative accommodations will be substituted over these dates. Silky Oaks can also be substituted for a stay on the exclusive Lizard Island which has a higher nightly tariff reflecting its exclusivity. Activities will differ.

Day 9: Daintree

Today is your day to explore Daintree. Connect with the region’s stunning natural wonders by enjoying a range of guided tours and exciting activities. Join a guided walk into the Daintree, rejuvenate with an authentic spiritual yoga class, enjoy Port Douglas’ stunning white sandy beach, cycle to Mossman Gorge, or snorkel alongside freshwater turtles and eels. You can also opt to take the following sailing tour of the Great Barrier Reef.

Outer Reef Mackay Coral Cay Cruise, incl. lunch  
Immersed in the northern frontier of Great Barrier Reef, sit back and relax on a beautiful yacht and set sail to the Coral Cays of Mackay or Undine Reefs. You will enjoy an authentic sailing experience, following the coastline and views of the Daintree Mountains. Once at the protected sites at the Coral Cays, nature activities will include snorkeling over the pristine coral reef with a marine biologist offering reef interpretation on a guided snorkel tour. Premium reef sites showcase abundant marine life, including encounters with turtles, giant clam gardens, beautiful corals and a wide variety of fish. Duration: 9 hours

There are a wide variety of ways to experience the Great Barrier Reef from sailing to motorized vessels, pontoons or helicopter flight. Any of these can be substituted for the above tour.

Day 10: Daintree
Today is your last full day to enjoy Daintree. Continue enjoying the resorts Signature Experiences, or you may need a hug from one of Australia’s cutest resident’s, the koalas. Visit the Wildlife Habitat or we can arrange a more intimate, private experience as below.

Private Koala Cuddle and Daintree Escapades, incl. lunch (optional extra)
Your day begins with holding a cute cuddly koala. From here, we drive along the spectacular coastline to Daintree Rainforest. A place of beauty, rugged mountains, deep gorges and flowing rivers. Next, we board a river cruise along the Cooper Creek. This habitat has an impressive array of flora and fauna. After a delicious locally produced lunch, we have a rare opportunity to hand-feed rescued wallabies. We continue north to Cape Tribulation (where rainforest meets the reef). We break for ice-cream and then stop at the Alexander Range Lookout for one more panoramic picture postcard view. Duration: 9 hours

Day 11: Daintree – Cairns
Today your Australia adventure ends. You will travel back to Cairns airport to return your rental car.
